One of the first things you might want to do is to determine if the conduct you allege
in a complaint against a judge is actually "misconduct".
The reality of the whole thing is simple. A judge can do pretty much as he pleases and
cloaks himself with what is called "judicial discretion". This is merely terminology
designed to allow a judge to poke you in the butt with a hot poker but you can only
stand there in front of him and take it.
Now, if you happen to see a judge in another county,
another state well, who knows....
In any event, a judge is powerless to really do anything that is not expressly allowed
for him to do. For example, if you filed a lawsuit in a court only to find out that you
made a mistake and not only filed it in the wrong court, but the wrong county, then
the judge must dismiss your lawsuit.
Why?
Because the judge lacks jurisdiction over the subject matter of the lawsuit as it is not
within his jurisdiction which therefore means the judge has no jurisdiction over you.
Now if the judge were to somehow "impose" some sort of sanction or impose some
sort of penalty against you, he cannot. If he does, I would not care what any person
told me, I would be singing in the loudest, biggest mouthed baritone (or tenor
depending upon my mood) that the judge's conduct was a "misconduct" and file a
complaint against him.
I mean, the system is automatically set against YOU, however everyone seems to do a
good job projecting the illusion that justice is equal, and that justice is blind. Bull crap.
In any event, file your complaint because one thing for sure the judge will indeed be
forced to answer the complaint and win or lose, you made him tremble inside
because his butt was potentially on the line.
One other thing, duplicate complaints. Have friends and other people organize and
file complaints. It is like using that old "squeaky wheel gets the grease" mentality.
One thing for sure, it is like an old school yard bully. A bully will forver flip your ears
on a school bus, hit you with books, take your lunch money. But rest assured that
when the day comes you get tired of being bullied and you plant your foot down and
bust the bully square dead in the mouth you see then that the bully bleeds. Wow, and
we all thought he was something special...
So at the end of the day if the school yard bully knows within his mind that everytime
he bullys you he will always get a "fat lip" regardless of who gets beat up or not, then
the bully just by his mammalistic nature will choose others to bully. The end result, go
bully someone else judge. You bully me and you see just how crazy I can be, not how
crazy you may think i am...
